Sorting column headers allows managers and technicians to organize their maintenance backlogs logically. The Aetos Work Order Table supports direct sorting by columns, allowing you to prioritize urgent deadlines, group tasks by severity, or align tickets by operational state.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Work Orders page from the left navigation sidebar.
Hover your mouse over the table column headers. Sortable columns are marked with an arrow icon.
Click on the Column Header you wish to sort by:
Sort by Deadline: Click Due Date once to sort in ascending order (closest deadlines first). Click a second time to sort in descending order (furthest deadlines first).
Sort by Severity: Click Priority to organize rows from critical to low severity.
Sort by State: Click Status to group active, scheduled, or completed tickets.
An arrow indicator (ascending
↑or descending↓) appears next to the column name to confirm the active sort.Note: Sorting column directions automatically updates your active URL. If you save your current filters as a Custom Saved View (Tab), your sort preferences are saved inside that tab's layout automatically.
