Aetos supports Dollhouse and Floorplan views inside the 3D panel, allowing you to strip away roofs and walls to analyze full building spaces.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the 3D Panel
Navigate to the Assets page from the left navigation sidebar.
Select a Location to load the 3D scan model on your screen.
Step 2: Trigger Dollhouse View
Look at the bottom-left action bar of the 3D scan panel.
Click the Dollhouse view icon (represented by a wireframe house).
The camera immediately pulls back, exposing the entire physical structure.
How to navigate:
Click and drag your mouse to rotate the building in 3D.
Scroll your mouse wheel to zoom in on specific corridors or machinery rooms.
Float your cursor over active asset tags to identify which floor or bay they reside in.
Double-click on any room inside the model to drop immediately into standard walk-through view at that spot.
Step 3: Trigger Floorplan View
Click the Floorplan view icon (located next to the Dollhouse icon).
The camera glides directly overhead to render a flat, perpendicular blueprint of the floor.
How to navigate:
All active asset tags render flat on the layout, showing where equipment sits relative to fire exits, columns, or rooms.
If the building has multiple floors, use the floor switcher index in the bottom-left corner to toggle floor plans.
Double-click any spot on the blueprint to land on the ground in walk-through mode.
