Use structured reporting dashboards to monitor facility compliance, completion statistics, and active labor hours. Access to report compilation, viewing, and deletion is governed by role-based permissions to ensure that managers can analyze organizational performance while keeping individual employee data protected.
Reports Access Levels by Role
Reporting clearances are strictly enforced across the dashboard:
1. Super Admin and Admin
Clearance: Full administrative reporting access.
Capabilities: Can compile new organization-wide reports, view all historical progress matrices, export complete compliance CSV files, and permanently delete compiled reports.
2. Location Admin
Clearance: Location-scoped administrative reporting access.
Capabilities: Can view and compile reports, but the data is strictly filtered to aggregate only the users, assets, and work orders belonging to their assigned Locations. They are blocked from viewing organization-wide totals or deleting existing reports.
3. Employee and Employee Limited Access
Clearance: Restricted personal reporting access.
Capabilities: Blocked from accessing the administrative Progress matrix or compiling aggregate organization summaries. However, employees can view their personal completion logs, past quiz grades, and course history via their personal home page dashboard.
