Aetos integrates high-resolution 3D facility scans to create a "Digital Twin" of your physical workspace. This visual environment allows technicians, coordinators, and safety administrators to walk through buildings, locate equipment, and audit procedures virtually. Use this guide to learn movement controls and tag interactions.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Assets page from the left navigation sidebar.
Select your target Location and Floor from the filters.
The 3D scan panel (
Matterport) will load the visual model in your secondary pane.Walk and Pan inside the Scan:
Look Around: Click and hold anywhere inside the 3D scan panel, then drag your mouse in any direction to rotate your vision.
Walk Forward: Hover over the floor and click on the circular floor rings to glide directly to that spot.
Keyboard Movement: Alternatively, use the W, A, S, D keys or Arrow Keys on your keyboard to step forward, left, backward, or right.
Zoom: Use your mouse scroll wheel to zoom into small components or pull back for a wider view.
Switch Floors: Locate the native floor switcher in the bottom-left corner of the scan panel and click a floor index to change level models.
Interact with Asset Tags:
Click on any circular Asset Tag pin floating in the scan.
The camera will automatically glide to a saved viewpoint facing the equipment, and the details card will slide open in your left panel to display active work orders, specs, and attachments.
To return to the main asset directory, click the back arrow on the detail panel.
