Asset-Linked Training
Overview
You can now link training courses directly to specific assets! Now your organization’s training is contextual, easy to find, and relevant to the actual hardware your team uses every day.
What’s New?
Course Mapping: On the Edit Course page, users can now associate one or multiple assets with a single course. To keep your data clean, asset selection is automatically scoped to your current location.
Asset-Level Visibility: No more digging through the full training catalog. Each Asset now features a dedicated Training section, listing every course associated with that specific piece of equipment.
Direct Workflows: You can now trigger the "Create Course" workflow directly from the Asset side panel for faster course creation.
Enhanced Discovery:
Asset Columns: A new column in the Training table shows linked assets at a glance using Asset/System Pills.
Smart Filtering: Quickly filter your entire training list by specific assets to see exactly what training covers which equipment.
Multi-Organization Management
Overview
We continue to support users who wear many hats. Whether you are an Admin overseeing a global enterprise or a contractor working across different firms, you can now manage everything through a single set of credentials.
Key Enhancements
Organization Switcher: Use the new header dropdown to jump between organizations. Aetos will remember where you left off and will return you to your last active organization upon login.
One Account, Many Personas: You can be an Admin in one organization (with full "Add/Edit" powers) and an Employee in another (with "View-Only" access).
Enhanced Search
Overview
We’ve updated the search behavior to handle partial matches and prefix variations automatically. Finding your Work Orders just got a lot more intuitive.
Key Improvements
Flexible ID Matching: The search bar now recognizes the "WO-" prefix. If you type it in, it works; if you leave it out, it still works. Aetos lets you quickly locate the correct work order even when you do not remember the full identifier format. (e.g., 20172 to return matching work orders with prefixes WO-20172)
Training with All Courses and My Courses
We’ve updated the Training dashboard to provide a cleaner distinction between your assigned Training Courses and your entire Training curriculum.
Overview
All Courses: Where admins create and Assign New Courses, an overview of all Training Courses for your team!
My Courses: This is your personal workspace for tracking active, assigned and completed Training Courses. Equipped with a Table and Grid View.
Key Features: My Courses includes specialized columns to monitor your performance in real-time:
Progress: Visual indicators of how much of the course you’ve completed.
Status: The current status of the course (overdue, in Progress, Not started, Completed)
Grade: Your current standing and scores on assessments.

Training Assignments Tab
Every course now features a dedicated Assignments tab located immediately next to Course Details. This view is designed for maximum clarity, providing instant visual confirmation of who is assigned to the course and where they stand.
Key Improvements
Group By Functionality: To support large-scale management, we’ve introduced powerful new grouping capabilities. You can now reorganize the assignment table dynamically based on the following criteria:
Due Date: Cluster users by timeline to prioritize follow-ups for upcoming or missed deadlines.
Completion Status: Instantly separate those who have finished the course from those who have yet to begin.
Location: Segment your view by office, region, or remote status to manage geographical cohorts effectively.

Completed by Column has been added to the Work Order and Procedure Occurrence Table

Unpublished Locations are no longer visible to Employees and Limited Access Employees
