We have introduced the ability for users to add descriptions to uploaded files. This enhancement improves clarity, searchability, and alignment with enterprise content management standards.

- File Descriptions: Users can now enter a description for each uploaded file. The description is stored separately from the file name.
- Distinct Display: Descriptions are displayed alongside file names within the file management interface on the Files Table.
- Other Enhancements: The File Details interface has been updated and standardized to align with the latest design guidelines.
