Procedure Template Page Gets a Visual Refresh
The Template Details Page now includes clear visual cues to help you quickly recognize when you're working on a template, not a live occurrence.
These updates make it easier to avoid accidental edits or execution in the wrong place:
- A light teal background helps visually separate templates from other views
- A “Template” tag at the top of the page
- An informational note in the Task List section explaining that templates are for structure only
- “Template” tags may appear in the sidebar list for added clarity
These changes only apply to the Template Tab. When viewing Occurrences, the page remains clean and action-ready.
Filter Chips on the Work Order Table
You can now easily see which filter categories are active thanks to the new filter chips displayed above the Work Order table. Each chip represents a filter category you’ve applied, providing a quick visual summary of your current filters.
These filter chips update dynamically as you switch between Saved Views or apply new filters. Plus, you can edit filters directly within each chip to quickly adjust your criteria and instantly update the entire table view. Clicking a chip opens the main filter menu so you can fine-tune filter details instantly.
Asset Verification Filter
Your Asset page now includes a Verified/Unverified filter, allowing you to view your assets by verification status to quickly triage your new or unplaced assets and focus where it matters most.
Asset Description Upgraded to Rich Text
You can now add more context, structure, and clarity to your assets with rich text formatting in the Description field.
The Description field now includes:
- Bold and italic text
- Bulleted and numbered lists
- Hyperlinks
- Line breaks
