We’d love to personally walk you through all the exciting enhancements! Reach out to support@aetosimaging.com, and we’ll set up a time for a hands-on demo tailored to you. Can’t wait to show you what’s new!
Recurring Work Orders – Simplified
Ever wonder what exactly you’re looking at when you open up a Work Order? Well, wonder no more! We’ve made it easier to see the execution data right when you click into a Work Order. No more confusion between the sheet and execution—now, it’s crystal clear what you’re editing.
Once an open occurrence is actioned—whether it’s marked as completed or skipped—the next occurrence in the series is automatically generated as another item in the list (or table). This keeps everything clear for your visibility!
Cloning Work Orders
Ever wish you could take a perfectly crafted Work Order and make another just like it? Well, now you can! With just a simple click, you can clone a work order faster than you can say “Efficiency!” 🏃♂️💨 Save time by duplicating work orders with all the details you need—no more re-entering the same info. It’s as easy as copy, paste, and get back to work!
Statuses Are Flexible
Change your Work Order Status to fit your needs. Click the Status box to check out these new Statuses:
- Closed: The work order has officially wrapped up! Everything’s been completed, checked off, and sealed with a satisfied “done!” It’s a clean exit.
- Skipped: Not today, Work Order! This one was passed over for now, but not forgotten. Next!
- Completed: Mission accomplished! The Work Order has been finished, the task is done, and it’s time to celebrate the win. Job well done!
- On Hold: Pause! Something is keeping this Work Order from moving forward. It’s taking a breather until the next step is ready to go.
- In-Progress: Action mode: This Work Order is in full swing! It’s currently being worked on. Stay tuned for updates!
Start and Due Date: The Show Must Go (ON TIME)
Due dates and Start Dates now work together —perfectly synced.
Clearly define when work begins and when it’s due—no more guesswork, just seamless scheduling.
- Start Date: Determines when a work order appears on your agenda view. It’s like your work order’s “arrival time.”
- Due Date: Represents the final deadline for completion. No more guessing when it’s due!
- Recurring Work Orders: Automatically follow a consistent due date pattern, and the next occurrence gets created once the current one is completed or skipped.
Say goodbye to missed deadlines and hello to better scheduling! 🗓️
Introducing Assessment Tables
Say hello to more efficient data gathering! Now you can add assessment tables to your Work Orders to easily capture readings and measurements for multiple assets.
- Define rows (questions) and columns (assets) to customize the data you need—get exactly what you want, every time.
- Choose from a variety of answer types (number, true/false, checkbox) for each row—your data entry, your way.
- Add multiple tables for different asset types within a single work order—no more jumping between tables.
- If things get a little too complex, we’ve got you covered with simple string fields for easy data entry.
Now gathering important metrics is a breeze, whether you’re creating, editing, or executing your Work Orders. 📋
