When employees leave your organization, it’s recommended that they be removed from the Aetos platform so they no longer have access to the 3D scans.
Step 1: Log in as an ADMIN
Note: If your role is that of an “employee” or “employee limited access,” you will not be able to delete a user’s account.
Step 2: Go to “Users”
This is where all current users within your organization are listed.
Step 3: Search the user
In the search bar, search for the name of the user whose account you are going to delete.
Step 4: Click the Ellipsis
In the upper right corner of the screen, click the three dots. This will reveal the option “Delete user”
Step 5: Confirm
If you are sure this is the user you wish to delete, click “CONFIRM”
This user will no longer be able to access the Aetos platform.
Note: Deleting a user will NOT delete any Assets or Work Orders that this user created.
